By default the services provided from our websites do not require personally identifiable information you are free to browse non member content at your leisure. If you choose to register to access the free training courses we will simply ask for Email address and first and last names.  If you purchase a product which requires us to send you the product via post then we will need a contact number and full postal address.

For any purchases via we have no contact details whatsoever.

Products and Services Requiring Payment

Financial information (such as a credit card number and expiration date) is used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, this information is used to get in touch with the user. This information may be shared with third parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction.  We use PAYPAL and to securely process transactions, they have integrated SSL to enable secure payment.


This site uses cookies to aid the user experience.  e.g. When you log in, the site will know you have logged in and allow you to access the protected member content.  We do not track your activities outside our website and and our cookies are deleted when you close your session, unless you click the remember me check box while logging in, then your log-in ID is stored as a cookie on your computer only.

We love to hear what you think and your comments.  We have enabled Facebook, Google Pus and AddThis Sharing buttons so you may share your thoughts with our community and your own community.  If you click these your comments will be shared your your social groups and your facebook name for example will be referenced on your website.  After all – this is the point of social networks.
